Adult Dance Fitness Class

Where: St. Stephen's CE Primary School, Uxbridge Road, Shepherds Bush, London W12 8LH

When: Monday evenings

Time: 6.20pm to 7:20pm

Price: £11 per class (paid on a monthly basis)

Adult Dance Fitness is a fun-filled, feel good dance class consisting of a cardio warmup, a stretch, core strengthening exercises, corner work and a fun dance routine.

We would like to introduce our all new, actually singing and dancing, Elite classes.

Elite classes go from 11 years and older, as well as adult classes.

Elite Musical Theatre (ages 11+)

Where: St. Stephen's CE Primary School, Uxbridge Road, Shepherds Bush, London W12 8LH

When: Saturday Mornings

Time: 10am - 12pm

Price: £20 a week - 2 hr session (paid on a monthly basis)
