Adult Dance

Where: St. Stephen's CE Primary School, Uxbridge Road, Shepherds Bush, London W12 8LH

When: Wednesday 6.20pm to 7:20pm

Price: £11 per class (paid on a monthly basis)

Adult Dance is a fun-filled, feel good dance class. The class consists of a cardio warmup, a stretch warmup, core exercises, corner work and a fun dance routine.

At The Whiting Academy your child will make new friends, gain self confidence, increase their fitness levels and gain a better understanding of movement and dance.
